Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 August 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RedCloud (the "Service"), a domain registration, web hosting, and business email service operated by RedCloud Technologies, Hyderabad, India ("RedCloud", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. What RedCloud provides

RedCloud is a reseller of domain registration, web hosting, and business email services. Domains are registered through our ICANN-accredited registrar partner; hosting and mailboxes are provisioned and supported directly by RedCloud. We are not the domain registry — registration is subject to the policies of the relevant domain registry and our registrar partner, including ICANN's rules where applicable.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate contact details when you sign up, including for the domain registrant record where required. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Domains are registered in your name as the registrant — RedCloud does not hold your domains on your behalf.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are processed through our payment partners (PayU and, as a fallback, Razorpay). Prices are shown in INR at checkout before you pay. Plans are billed annually unless stated otherwise. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens if you cancel or a renewal fails.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use RedCloud's hosting or email services to send spam, host illegal content, distribute malware, or otherwise violate applicable Indian law. We may suspend a service that's actively causing harm to our infrastructure or other customers, and we'll try to notify you before or as soon as reasonably possible after doing so.

5. Domain renewals

Domains are set to auto-renew by default at the same registration terms, unless you turn auto-renew off from your dashboard. It's your responsibility to keep your payment method current — a failed renewal charge can result in the domain lapsing per registry rules, which RedCloud cannot reverse once a domain has actually expired and released.

6. Service availability

We aim for reliable hosting and email uptime but don't guarantee an uninterrupted service — maintenance, upstream provider issues, or events outside our control can cause downtime. We'll communicate meaningful outages when we're aware of them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RedCloud's liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or lost data you haven't separately backed up.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

9. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to account@redcloud.co.in. See our Contact Us page for more.
