RedCloud Technologies, Hyderabad, India ("RedCloud", "we", "us") operates RedCloud. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the Service, why we collect it, and who we share it with.

1. What we collect

When you create an account and place an order, we collect:

• Contact details — full name, business/company name, email address, phone number, and GST number if you provide one.
• Order and billing information — the domains, hosting plans, and mailboxes you purchase, and payment confirmation details from our payment partners (we don't store your card or UPI details ourselves — see Section 3).
• Domain registrant details required by our registrar partner to complete registration, where applicable.
• Support ticket contents, if you contact us for help.

2. How we use it

We use your data to provision and support the services you order, process payments and renewals, respond to support requests, and send you service-related notices (like a domain nearing expiry). We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share only what's necessary to deliver the Service:

• Our domain registrar partner — to register and manage your domain, per ICANN and registry requirements.
• PayU and Razorpay — our payment processors, who handle your payment details directly. RedCloud never sees or stores your full card number or UPI PIN.
• Supabase — our database and infrastructure provider, which stores your account and order data on our behalf, secured with row-level access controls.

We don't share your data with any other third party except where required by law.

4. Data retention

We keep your account and order data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after to meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete data we're not legally required to retain by contacting us (see Section 6).

5. Your rights

You can review and update most of your account details directly from your dashboard. To request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, email us — see Section 6.
