Important Pointers

  • Businesses can enjoy 1000 free conversations per month for Service category messages (user-initiated conversations).
  • If a business replies to a user with a template message or sends a template message in an open service conversation, this opens a new conversation based on the template category.
  • If a conversation involves multiple categories such as Marketing, Authentication, Utility, or Service, charges will be applied separately for each category’s conversation window initiated.
  • Each category of messages, including Marketing, Authentication, Utility, or Service, incurs its own charges. If you send messages from different categories to the same user within a 24-hour window, you will be charged for each category separately.
  • When initiating a conversation in a specific category, you have a 24-hour window to chat with your customers without incurring extra charges. This provides ample time to communicate effectively.

What does Unlimited Users mean?

Unlimited User means that there is no limit on the number of Monthly Active Users (MAUs) you can connect with in a month. Be it a thousand users, hundred thousand users, or a million users – you can connect with as many users as you want! You’ll just need to pay for the WhatsApp Conversation Charges after 1000 Free Conversations per month along with the Subscription fee.

Are WhatsApp Conversations managed separately?

Yes, WhatsApp Conversation Credits are recharged and managed Separately.

Everytime you initiate a Conversation (UIC or BIC), the price of that conversation is deducted from this recharge.

This price varies according to user’s country. For Indian Users, you’ll be charged ₹0.55/BIC & ₹0.35/UIC

What is a Customer Service Window / Session Window?

A Messaging session window starts when a user sends your Whatsapp Business Number a message and lasts for 24 hours from the most recently received message.

You can intervene/respond with ANY kind of message within these 24 hours.

Is it a Pre-paid Billing or Post-paid?

All billing is Pre-paid.

How many Contacts Can I Import

You can Import Unlimited Contacts to the AiSensy Dashboard. You’re only charged for the WhatsApp Conversations you initiate with a user.

How do Upgrade or Downgrade work?
